DO YOU GUARANTEE REMOVAL OF ALL SPOTS OR STAINS IN THE CARPET?

We cannot guarantee that all carpet spots or stains will come out. There are certain substances that can permanently discolor fibers of the carpet. Our expert technicians will try to identify permanent stains prior to beginning cleaning.

HOW DO I KEEP RIPPLES AND BUBBLES FROM APPEARING IN MY CARPET?

Ripples and bubbles in your carpet appear from high-moisture cleaning methods. Too much moisture will degrade the life of the carpet and cause it to fold, buckle, and need to be restretched. Essence uses a dry-cleaning method that removes deep-seated dirt and stains without limiting the life of your carpet.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CLEAN MY CARPETS?

Typically, it takes 15-20 minutes to clean each room; however, that time may vary based on soil level.

HOW LONG WILL MY CARPET TAKE TO DRY?

Your carpet will only take ONE hour to dry after your technician finishes cleaning. Get back to your routine in no time with fresh, clean carpets!

DO YOU MOVE FURNITURE WHEN YOU CLEAN CARPET?

Yes. We never charge an addtional fee to move furniture and do so with the upmost care. We will move most furniture that can be safely accomodated.

DO I NEED TO VACUUM BEFORE CARPET CLEANING?

A light vacuuming is recommended before your appointment, but is not required. If needed, your technician can vacuum the area needing to be cleaned.
